OK, be honest, how many of you have had this idea?

Did you see something that was supposed to be a car at one time and now looks like the frankenstein monster? If so take some pics of that fugly thing and post them here. This also goes for any other "rice" you may find littering the streets or shows.

Yeah, I agree. Especially since it looks like the car had been rear-ended anyway. It's theft-proof, too -- I mean, who would steal it? ;)

Yeah the theft thing doesn't work in certain areas. When I lived in Mass. I was running a small scale repair shop out of my garage in a residential neighborhood and they popped the ignition on a 6 year old Civic across the street from me to steal it. In my yard was a late model M/B 420SEL, a brand new Grand Cherokee and a couple of VW's all with Keys in them. No accounting for taste among thieves ya know?

They probably wanted to chop it. For years the 1980s Buick Skylark and its siblings were the most stolen cars in the country. It was because they were popular cars and the parts all interchanged, so they could chop them and make an easy profit selling the pieces. It didn't hurt that GM's ignition locks were easy to pop.
