Congrats!

Mine qualifies for a "historic" plate, but they're too damn ugly and it doesn't exempt the car from registration or emissions.

Geeeeez, 25, here is no more emissions, and you can run a antique plate and or a regular one and I am counting the years until then.

Yeah, the Antique plate is not the prettiest, but it does not look too bad.

Then, there's this!:

Yeah, well, AZ is Commiefornia's neighbor... 'nuff said. :rmad:

Here's the plate:

Made of copper (yes, real copper)... neat plate, but ugly. Mom had one put on her Porsche 356, but hated the look; found a genuine plate from '65 and put it on the car... much better.

As for my little princess, she's getting reregistered in another county in a few weeks... no more emissions for her! It's just plain stupid; the car hasn't been driven anywhere near 5000 miles in the last 10 years, but every 2 years I have to pay $30 to have some government miscreant attempt to drive my classic 5-speed... I cringe every single time. This summer, that all comes to an end... to hell with the Smog Nazis requiring emissions on rarely driven cars.

Can we get an AMEN?

I tried to move to a non-smog county, and the wife nixed that as too far to drive.
