Change out the o2 and the CTS sensor as I can't remember the model year. But the ISV is Digifant to me.
If you got any PB-Blaster near the o2 they usually go bad.

CIS-E also has an ISV, as I recall. It's a bit of a hybrid system.

Change out the O2 sensor, adjust base mixture, would be my first attempt. Wouldn't hurt to check the system and control pressures first, just to make sure you don't have a problem there. With CIS systems, if the control pressure is wrong it will never run right no matter what else you do. I've seen people chase their own tails for weeks trying to fix a CIS system with a control pressure problem; everything they did just seemed to make it run worse until the control pressure was right.

problem is mine is CIS-E Motronic, if it was jettronic i'd be able to do some adjustments, in the bentley all is says for me to do is check the voltage at the DPR and the O2 sensor. the car idles fine and runs good, it just seems like its running rich at start up....it should read 11mA at the DPR and with the O2 unplugged it should jump to 23mA....i forget what it was supposed to read at the O2 sensor, but it was low that is why i changed it

i replaced the O2 before work today and took it around the block, im getting a trip permit from the DMV in the morning and gonna fill the tank and drive it to empty then fill it up again and take it to the smog station to see if they will do a pretest so i can see if it will pass

i took it to the Race Legal drags last night...it's an 1/8th mile track.

i put a civic in his place, and almost beat a WRX...the subaru had a .9 reaction time :)
i hung with an SS Camaro for about 3 feet...LOL

my fastest time of the day was 10.4 with a 2.4 60' and a top speed of 67.97.

on the way home i got pulled over cause they said my exhaust was too loud...yeah right. they were behind me and ran my plate, it came up on their in car computer that it wasnt registered, too bad it was and the DMV hadn't updated it in the system yet.

If you ever want to unload those B2's, let me know. I've got a friend with a A2 Jetta thats been searching for a set for a long time.

Also, didn't you have a set of type A's as well? What happened to those?

Last update to the forums might have changed the formating for some of the links. If I can get some time (being unemployed has kept me busier then when I had a job) I'll see if I can fix that.

Hate to hear the A's slid away. Someday I'm sure I'll land a set.
