Does your automatic Cabriolet have an upshift light?

If you are going to go anywhere, better make sure your tranny can handle the load. Gear changes for the power hungry should be talked about here. Is that a LSD I see in your pocket?

You'll probably want to invert this (so it's white-on-black) and print it at about 600 dpi. There's enough there to cover the whole metal upshift light plate, part of which is blocked by the plastic cluster frame, so there's room to line it up the way you want it without edges showing. I printed it on thick photo paper and then used contact cement to glue it to the plate.
Thanks, That's too kool. I will have some fun with that.

Wife came in today and said, "That car is really fun to drive. I love how it goes around corners."

Now, keep in mind this is someone who once confessed to only being vaguely aware that cars came in different kinds. Her entire driving life she's contentedly piloted nothing but midsize GM products; she's had two hand-me-down cars from her parents, an '83 Buick Somerset and a '99 Chevy Malibu. There's just something magical about the VW experience, I guess! Keep in mind, too, it's currently shod with snow tires and has worn-out struts...she has no idea what it's really capable of, yet.

Well I did a "test fit" on a spare cluster that I have and the graphic came out great!

Next I will print the graphic onto a lable and laminate it. This will give it the appeaance of a commercial sticker. and I will install it in the cluster on my project car.

Thanks Gull, It worked really well!
