what all do i need?

If you are going to go anywhere, better make sure your tranny can handle the load. Gear changes for the power hungry should be talked about here. Is that a LSD I see in your pocket?

keep checking on ebay, sometimes they have a kit with all the pieces.
If you can't beat them, drop the top and pimp by 'em!

I would think: yes
My husband is the one that does our parts ordering, and they sent him a worried e-mail one day since it had been so long since he had ordered. They thought he got rid of the VW's. Nope, the cars were just behaving themselves.
It's nice to be known.

Wait a min, I thought you already did the conversion. I'm confused.
So when so you have it scheduled?
