bodywork may be held off for awhile. yesterday it was 80 out, today it's 28 and snowing.... i love ohio!

i filled the notches in my grill spoiler, i got tired of the inner lights sticking out.

pass fender is welded and smoothed. i'll get some more pics later, my batteries died.

yeah, i'm not looking forward to changing that hose! i went ahead and got all those stupid little hoses so i'll just do them all while i'm in there. the cab looks a little different as of now.... i got bored today (i'm on vaca this week...unplanned) and started all the body work. i welded the marker...

its a 5" recessed lighting trim ring from lowes, $9.00
i sanded all the white off, marked out my holes and bada-bing we have a TT shift ring.

i found some SS allen head bolts the other day so i put it all together.

i'll get some better pics once i get the 3way hose replaced.

for about 2 and a half minutes.

i went to take the cab around the block today and blew the 3 way hose going from the water pump to the oil cooler, sux!

looks like it won't be on the road till next weekend.

And who in thier right mind would place a starter in a Non-Air Producing area next to an oven... i always wondered why in the hell they did that! have decided to change that by running some sort of Ram Air from the grille to the back side of the starter.... as that only makes sense, why vw didn't d...
