Re: Kutztown

Looks like the handy work of my youngest daughter but she wouldn't have used pink. A bit of ingenious though!

Re: Short-wheelbase Golf

I blew the first shot up for a better look, to me it looked like a right had drive with the dude hanging out the window doing his best Gansta sign. On second look let's try the dude in the passenger side holding on the steering wheel so the driver can be cool.

Re: ship happens '07 accord

Not sure if this will help Brian but put the cell phone in a container with some rice, the rice will draw out the moister. Seen this on All My Children last week.

Re: New project

Lol Six, you must have worked to hard today. I'm not the one with the sandrail, that would be VW_Nick, I just made the comment that I also had a fastback. I'd love to have a dune buggy but I'd probably never see it again for my husband taking it on joy rides.

Either one would be fine with me, but the drool factor goes to the fastback. 8)

Rare, did you say rare? I got a fastback and a squareback body sitting in my yard collecting dust and other things.

Re: Help! Ashtray assembly

Gull, I do appreciate the offer of you taking the entire thing out but please don't go that far on my account unless you have a need. I have a feeling that the knee bar/ lower dash is going to have to come out to do it and that I'll need help on my end. I think I'm also missing a few clips that held...

Re: Help! Ashtray assembly

None of the questions where dumb! I'm talking everything including the lighter and yes I do have A/C in mine. My ashtray setup looks different than what you have pictured.

I was hoping to avoid taking the lower dash/ knee bar out but it may come to that.

I apreciate the effort very much.

Help! Ashtray assembly

Many moon's ago I took the ashtray out of my cabby and along with it the metal bracket that fits behind the dash that holds it in place, now I don't remember how to put it back in. For some ungodly reason it wasn't one of the things that was covered in my restore. I would greatly appreciate anyone's...

Re: Replacing Roll Bar Foam

That looks so much nicer than the foam, nice job. I'm going to have to keep that in mind for one of my summer project for mine. My cat had been using the foam on my cabby for a scratching post.
