Re: The past week in Car repair

No, the fuel pump is singing, I believe the tune is "pay up sucka". An yea, in tank was my guess and currently have one on the way. As for the top, I know you have had a long, long standing offer on that, but I would never assume or impose in such a way. If I can get to that bridge, we can...

Re: The Forums has been upgraded....Finally

Everything should run a lot faster. New version has a restructure of the database not to mention on the hosting backend, improvements have been made to the DB servers as well as the version of php the site is running on. All combined, should give a nice speed boost to things.

Re: The past week in Car repair

Tossed a new battery in the crabby cabby and woke her up after I can't remember how many years of sleep. Rolled her out in the driveway and rinsed a layer of dust off. She wasn't happy about waking up. One of the fuel pumps started signing so it looks like I'll be placing an order for replacements. ...

Re: The Forums has been upgraded....Finally

The absent landlord has returned to upgrade the forums again...finally. Thanks to the corona virus, I finally had time to come back and work on the ancient version of the forums and bring it up to current. Maybe I'll also find some time to fix the logo as well.

The Forums has been upgraded....Finally

Firstly, the rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated! Now the rumors that I have no life and my job is sucking the life out of me as if it were an industrial hoover, however, are laser accurate. So I've just been switched to 3rd shift (8pm-5am) which sucks even more for my home life (I've been o...

Re: Photobucket issues? Ransomware.....

Yea, I saw something about this pop up on my phone a while back. Like most other things, no time to actually read it and see what the hell is going on. Take your time on your edits. This place isn't going anywhere.

Re: Tuff Choice this year.

Nothing against BAP, but that show really hasn't changed much in the last 5-7 years. I'd say check out the show close to home. Small shows can wither and die before they really have a chance without the local support.

Re: Topless Drive prior to Snowpocalypse 2017

Lucky for me I don't have Mt. Everest for a driveway like you do. Even still, just as Icepocalypse a few years back didn't stop me, Snowpocalypse didn't either. Quattro really does work when you know how to use it.

Re: DriveTribe

Phil - Sorry it's taken me over a month to see this. I switched shifts at work back in November and it's really screwed up my life. I now work 2pm-11pm and rather then the bulk of what I do going to the person that rotated to the 1st shift, my boss has kept all that fun stuff on me along with all th...

I don't think there's any recovering from the sheer amount of bullsh*t that has been flung in this election year. An that goes for all sides.
