Hey all ~ I live in Ohio. We MUST have a front plate on our car. My cabby came from KY - where only a back one is needed. I have the bracket. My question....does the bracket just screw into the bumper cover on my 92 cabby - or does it screw into the metal frame inside it. I know on the beetles (new)...

I was talking to a friend of mine (mechanic) and was telling how the idle surges up high and then down low if you tap the accelerator while idling. It drives fine down the road, but when you get to a stop sign or put it in park there is an idle issue. It goes down so low that the preverbial oil ligh...
