Are the injector lines also vacuum lines?

Is it alright to put a higher voltage battery in my car because the volt guage "guesses" from 11, 12 or 13 sometimes

So would the fabric line connected to the distributor be a vacuum line also. I don't repair my car I'm just trying to get answers so I don't put money into something I don't need

So when my car gets hot past 80 °c it's trys to shut off when I brake not sure what it is vw cab 87
