I couldn't find shrink wrap in that size, so I ended up wrapping it with electrical tape. Then finished it with cable wrap. I think it looks pretty good.

I'm going to try the shrink wrap technique that gull suggested. I'll post more pics when done. Great idea Briano! Thanks!
